The Kankakee Regional Young Professionals (KRYP) Core Council of the Kankakee Regional Chamber of Commerce is composed of up to eight (8) area business representatives of the Chamber's membership. These representatives serve as leaders for the regions young professionals.

The KRYP Core aims to be instrumental in building a dynamic professional community in the Kankakee River Valley. The Core's goal is to help the region retain and attract people/businesses to our community by providing a stimulating social and recreational environment, a robust economic and employment environment, and a renewed sense of pride and interest in the future of the region.

The members of KRYP continuously prove to be agents of positive change in the region, guiding our community forward as it continues to evolve and expand.
