Reignite! Presented by Tara Tharpe
In general women do many things for many people and
our to-do lists are often very long. Oftentimes, we are giving to
others, yet we don't have anything to give because we haven't taken the time
to give first to ourselves. During this session, you can expect to:
1. Identify our 'fume'
behaviors, so that we can recognize when we need to take some time for
ourselves.
2. We are often bombarded
with messages of what we need to change, so during this session we are going
to show some appreciation to on another.
3. We are usually much kinder
to others than we are to ourselves, so we'll spend some time looking at who
we are and being thankful for who we are.

Is there space in your life to slow down,
re-center, re-fuel? Taking time to be mindful about your daily
choices takes practice and some usable "tools". In this session,
you'll ask yourself some powerful questions and get the tools you need
to answer:
1. How do we shift from
automatic pilot to living in the present?
2. How do we clarify
values that give you meaning and purpose?
3. What actual tools can
I utilize for slowing down and "revving up"?
